Picture good - streaming processor really dslow.

We have had or 55" Class Crystal UHD DU7200 for a number of months now and while the picture quality is good, the set does exhibit some 'processing' difficulties. While we have increased our internet feed from 50 MB per second to 250 MB per second, the set still displays delays in processing while changing channels or streaming apps. When we atttempted to use the internet feature, it proved to be a cumbersome and less then positive experience. My wife and I are retired and depend heavily on televison as a source of entertainment. While I oridinally wanted a QLED tv - those proved to be just much to expensive for us so we selected the 55" Class Crustal UHD Du7200. This is pretty disappointing because we changed to a samsung because we had heard people rave about them and needed to change from our previous tv brand.

Run a Picture Test on the TV. Navigate to Settings> Support> Device Care >Self Diagnosis. Then select Picture Test >OK> view the test. You can select Yes if the picture looks normal, No if there is a problem with the picture, or Show again to see the picture a second time. 2. Determine if lines are appearing during the Picture Test. Look for a line or lines on the screen during the Picture Test. If there are no lines, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, first, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines. - If the lines still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If lines appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step. 3. Request service if lines appear during the Picture Test. If you see lines during the Picture Test, please visit our Support Center to request service. Make sure you have the TV's model code, software version, and serial number when calling. Please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available from 8 AM to 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Great product

Most of the TV’s in my home are Samsung and when I’m ready to replace any others it’ll be with a Samsung. The picture is crisp & clear, we stream a lot having the convenience of the Samsung Smart Hub is so helpful. We also enjoy the instant access to free, ad-supported content through Samsung TV Plus. I like that I can view all my devices through the Smart Things app. Overall very pleased.

Great picture

It has a great picture but on certain occasions it goes black for a second it’s annoying and then it gives a popping sound which again is annoying to me and the dog otherwise it works good . I would have to wait another 6 months to give it 5 stars.

Good picture..

The picture is great, however, the remote and on-screen channel selections are difficult to navigate. You cannot access Samsung TV channels directly using the number input on the remote as it only accepts 3 digits .before it disappears. Very frustrating.
