Wonderful TV Experience

We appreciate that it is a true Smart TV. We previously had a different brand that claimed to be a Smart TV but it had some kind of ties to the original brand that kept it from working correctly with the various apps and we never got it to pair correctly with the sound system.

Great TV, remote could be Better

The TV is great; but I do not see a voice option on the remote. Also, there is no SPACE button for the remote.

The picture is great. The audio is really clear and true. My boyfriend picked out a bigger set than I wanted but I am getting used to it. We really like that there are so many available channels to watch.

Good Samsung TV

The picture is great and the 50" size is perfect for my room. One thing I don't like is that the remote has no voice command.like my last Samsung. And the remote is too light. I bought a new remote which is heavier and has a round shape which is much better in my hand. It does has a voice command feature but it doesn't work on the new TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am happy with the picture, it is vibrant and beats the tv I had before. I imagined it was going to appear larger, for some reason it seems smaller than my last tv....not Samsung. All in all, it's a nice TV.

Voice control is not good, tv never understands anything, you have to keep repeating until the tv finally understands. Speakers weak. I should of bought a different brand tv.
