I can't make apps stay on the tv. Each day I have to reload the apps back onto the tv. It's annoying

So far so good but I noticed the exact tv in a bigger size 75” the remote works off and on for the volume.

I am happy with my new tv SO FAR.
My last tv only lasted approximately 18 months . I have an older model still in my bedroom that is app 15 years old!
My 18 month old tv was out of warranty, but I still bought another Samsung.
