Poor remote

TV works great but the remote falters occasionally and I have been sent a second remote and it still is not working properly.

Great Smart Features TV

Bought this tv a few months ago. It has great smart tv features. I really like the size. We up graded from 55 to 75 inches. I gave 4 stars because there are 1- sometimes the black background iat bottom of pic annoys me (especially when watching older shows) other than that the colors are bright and vibrant and picture is very clear. 2- there is no voice control/command for the the remote.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my 4th Samsung TV. I am very pleased with everything except the volume. The sound only goes so high and then it doesn't increase in volume after about # 35
