I bought a smart TV that can't give me a full screen when I'm watching a movie 😅 locked in at 16.9 and can't change it 🙃 that's not to smart 😑 🙃 😒
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Not smart,
Thank you for purchasing the DU7200 TV. Please know that HD channels will have black bars on either side of the screen when displaying upscaled SD (4:3) content. Black bars will appear at the top and bottom of the screen when watching movies with aspect ratios different from your TV. Adjust the picture size options on your external device or set the TV to full screen.
Go to: Home > Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Size Settings > Picture Size

Fantastic picture

The TV is great, the picture looks fantastic and setting up the TV was such breeze! My only issue with it is that my soundbar can only connect via Bluetooth when previously it used the optical audio port but this TV doesn't have optical audio that was just poor research on my part.
