Ok tv like most

The tv picture quality is fine it is like most TVs now. My complaint is the remote it is the worst. When you go to mute you use the same button that is use for volume high and low, so much of the time your messing with that button because it didn't mute instead it turned up or down the volume. That is very difficult to deal with.

We appreciate your review of the DU7200 TV. Please know that you can control the volume of your TV by pressing the +/- button up to increase the volume and down to decrease the volume. To mute the sound, press the button.
You can also learn how to use your remote directly from your TV. Just go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide.

Whether you are replacing a lost remote or using an alternative remote to help reduce clutter, a third-party remote is a great option to use to control your Samsung TV.

I'm very pleased with the picture color, performance and the ease of usage. I don't like the remote it doesn't work well for me essentially the volume button.

We are extremely happy with the colors, sharpness brightness of the new Samsung. The blach areas are very sharp with no pixelation.

We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung DU7200 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your TV freezing or lagging.
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

easy to use once you get the hang of it.
the instructions should direct the purchaser to create the account on their personal computer first. i didn't know this so my first attempt to use the tv were painful.

bought this 43" to replace another brand that failed on warranty, video is excellent and sound fine. remote very unusually complex ,probably because of small size and many functions, wife gets lost on it. all in all a great buy!

Lacking an optical port

Very disappointed with the ports on this tv. My husband needed an optical port to hook up his TV Play unit to work in conjunction with his hearing aids. We tried all sorts of connections and nothing worked. We loved the tv and most impressed with all that it held but the one thing we needed and it didn’t have was that optical port. Unfortunately we had to return it for a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
