I have repeatedly called support to get my live tv channels to reflect my location correctly. It worked at one point but now it doesn’t. The problem still isn’t fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Please try the below troubleshooting steps:
If you’re not receiving all channels, first ensure that your coaxial cable is securely connected to the TV.
Then, run Auto Program: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Broadcasting > Auto Program. Select Start to begin auto-programming, and then select either Air, Cable, or Both.
- Select Air if you're using an antenna only. - Select Cable if you're using a cable box only. - Select Both if you're using an antenna and a cable box. You will get the most channels this way.

Great th to me. Good picture, easy to control with a nice remote. I wish it had an optical out port. That was disappointing. But everything else is a great value and is working great. The audio is why I gave it 4 stars. However the built in audio is good. Better than many TVs ive used. I got a soundbar but it sounds horrible for some reasoon.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this tv because the TV we had was at least 22 or 23 years old. It is a SamSung also. It is still working, but we thought for how much longer? This new one has sharper pictures and better color and even sound. I guess technology has really come a long way in 20+ years!
