beautiful picture, lousy remote

we just bought this tv for my cousin who has cerbral palsy to watch in his bedroom at night. The remote is ridiculously small, he couldn’t see the correct button for anything. We had to buy a universal remote, life. became easier

Someone sabotaged our other Samsung

I bought it about a month ago, but it keeps disconnecting into the sound bar. Our other Samsung wasn’t even old and I gave out. It’s like somebody controls the Samsung from somewhere in the Philippines and messes it up. Maybe I’m delusional.

It was a Christmas gift from my SON!!!
It is the best TV I have ever had.
Remote works great and all the channels are great and I can add more as I go.
