I had this tv two weeks and it has shot the crap already not a good tv Roku before this one lasted 4 years
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Verry Nice and good features

Verry Nice TV for the money, i actually had the 2018 version same model
but someone decided to punch the TV , but that's a different story.
Anyway I was glad this was on sale because way back when it was very expensive.
it was simple set up but i was used to the non Tizen operating system, but it seems a little quicker and it has more apps, i was just used to the old menu plain jane on the bottom.
It is just something I will have to get used to.
But it is great my old sound bar i connected it and it worked right away.
the remote is much nicer and i downloaded Samsung SmartThings to my phone and some times use that to control the TV.
I would recommend this tv .

As in its good. I needed for the size and crystal gives enough quality that my money can buy. For me, I didn't need their higher quality giving models, Crystal is just fine.

Bad Remote?

We like this TV and happy that I decided on a Samsung product. Color and clarity are pretty good, once I figured out how to manipulate the controls.
However, I do not like the remote. It does not always work when you push a button or change the screen. I find that tapping the remote makes it work. WHY? I understand this is kind of a cheap remote but it's brand new and tapping it on the table suggests that there is something loose inside, maybe. It can be very frustrating.

I Don't care for the remote device !

TV is vey nice and has a great picture ,works great. My only complaint is the remote control device is worse than previous models. I use my older remote control device and it works with this TV !
