The graduated dial on the base allows for easily setting the grind where you want it instead of quessing. Very nice construction.

Smooth grind

I replaced my electric pepper mill with this manual mill and I'm much more pleased with this one. It has a smooth feel when grinding. Plenty of pepper in each grind. I love it.
