We love our new grinder with the 3 different settings. It looks elegant and and sleek. We have another grinder from C&M D and it is still working very well, so we expect many years of grinding from from this one.

I bought the salt mill to match the pepper mill which is excellent I alredy owned. This is as good as the pepper mill, beautiful to look at. My only quibbles with both products is that it requires a lot of effort to change the setting for the coarseness of the grind. Maybe it's my age, but the twisting requires a great deal of effort.

I received Cole & Mason Derwnt Forest wood salt and pepper mill gift set from Try It sampling. The set is gorgeous to look at. It fits in your hand very well. There are several settings on each mill to control the way that the salt and pepper is crushed. I love that! So pretty and useful at the same time. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

This is such a great set, just the weight of the two dispensers and the comfortable feel of them shows the craftsmanship in the design. Super easy to use, love the way I can change the grind size so I can have precision control over the amount of salt and pepper I need, delivers consistent size and amount every time. Haven't had any jams when using and refilling was easy. Going to purchase the little tray for the set, looks great, very pleased.

I love these Cole & Mason salt and pepper mills! I was even impressed with the box they came in. They are the perfect addition to any table. They are made from stained beech wood and clear acrylic. There is a lifetime guarantee on the mechanism. I like the size of them, not too big for a breakfast table, but fancy enough for a formal dining table. The coarseness of the grind is easy to adjust by turning the silver band near the bottom. These would be a great wedding or housewarming gift!

Beautiful but hard to twist!

I loved the look and the beautiful packaging. But really hard to twist to get the salt and pepper out. You need to have man hands to grind them. Over all excellent quality and design! Maybe I'm doing something wrong too?

Nothing adds to a great meal more than freshly ground pepper and salt, and these grinders not only do their job wonderfully, they add beauty and class to your dining table.
They come in beautiful packaging you will be proud to gift (if you don't decide to keep them for yourself). They come with a starter supply of coarse salt and black pepper, making them even more ideal as a wedding or housewarming gift.
The grinders themselves have a really nice heft, and fit in my hand perfectly and comfortably. The copper finish is en pointe for a more natural, organic look on your table and does not fingerprint smudge, and it does wipe clean easily.
You can adjust the grind of each easily from fine to coarse, and the actual grinding action feels smooth and solid. They are easy to use. I love adding a grind of coarse sea salt to the tops of chocolate chip cookies before baking, and coarse pepper to salads and meats.
I recommend these highly.
