Great vacuum for pet owners

This is an amazing vacuum It does a great dog of picking up dog hair. I really like the lift away so that you can do stairs and hard to reach area like tall curtains. It has an easy dump tank so that you can dispose of dirt and hair. I use mine daily to vacuum dog hair from my carpet

9 years in and still going strong!

I’ve been a Shark fan since 2008 when I purchase my first one. This has been my favorite vacuum over the years, and I’ve had many. I purchased this particular one in 2016 and it still functions just as well as it did when I received it. I honestly can’t believe it’s been 9 years, you can’t tell. The suction and maneuverability are the absolute best. The audible sound isn’t too loud. The things it lacks from my previous vacuum are an extendable wand & tangle free brushroll. I know that one feature is now available on the newer models, but I can’t see replacing the one I have when it works so well and has a lifetime warranty, I don’t think they offer that any longer.

If you have pets like our three little poodles, this vacuum feels like it was made just for us. The TruePet motorized brush is a miracle for removing fur from rugs, couches, and even blankets. We tested it in our bedroom and near the laundry area—where fur loves to hide—and it picked up everything like a magnet. It’s powerful, but still gentle on delicate floors. A real blessing when you're juggling fur babies and laundry at the same time.

For a very long time we were a Dyson household. But one day our daughter needed us to adopt her vacuum which was a shark. We did and on one fateful day we needed to use it as it was handy. We were surprised by its suction power. We then started to use it more and more. And more did we find that it was a superior product than the rickety plasticky colorful not so great legend. So when our upstairs vacuum gave out we knew it was time to search for a new Shark. We have 2 dogs, and two story home, and plenty of carpet. We settled on the Rotator TruePet vacuum. Out of the box, assembly was super easy. It comes with all the attachments one needs plus an upholstery brush. On first use it was familiar. The suction was the best we have seen on any vacuum. The carpet height selector comes in handy when moving onto rugs. It’s also very easy to maneuver, which was surprising considering it only has 2 small wheels on its back. The width of the brush head is great too and we deeply appreciate the lighted head. It really helps see what you’re vacuuming and when it’s clean. The ability to transition the machine to stairs is so awesome! We absolutely love it. Our dogs like to hide bones in the backyard and when they dig them up, they can be dirty and a lot of that sand and dirt ends up on our stairs. It’s easy to transition to stairs work because the main part of the upright detached so you can carry the vacuum and tube easily. Leaving behind the upright part. It is not very heavy and it’s easy to redock the unit. This is one of the best vacuums on the market. It’s so versatile and it’s reliable. The materials are high quality and feel so much better than whatever Dyson is putting out. It makes those feel like child toys. We hope to have this last as long as the old one has. Which still also works but is going on about 7 years of use. We vacuum at least 3 days of the week. We also have robot vacuums to do the daily cleaning.

Best vacuum on the market!

This is the only vacuum I will ever buy to help get all of our cat hair cleaned up professionally. No other vacuum has ever lived up to the promises that the shark professional true pet rotator has. This is the second one we have owned. The first one lasted over 7 years and could have easily been fixed with the replacement part but we decided to just go full out and get a brand new one because we loved it so much. The versatility of this product with the lift away and wands and all the attachments that it comes with makes it perfect for everyday cleaning needs and so much more.
