I am a picky consumer with high expectations. I have 3 big dogs; 2 of which shed enough to make fur multiple coats. I have owned all of the "must have" vacuums; the last one only a year, at which point it literally died. I received a referral to try this specific vacuum, which we just purchased within the past month. I simply LOVE everything about it. There is nothing I would change and it performs every advertised function with ease and no hassle.
I am constantly astounded at the amount of dog hair it easily and consistently picks up. I do not ever see myself buying a different vacuum.

The only issue I have had with this product is that the lift away function for stairs is not optional,meaning u have to break down the vacuum and add an attachment to do the stairs and leave the bottom of the vacuum downstairs. Then u have to put it back together just to do the upstairs level instead of lifting the entire vacuum up each stair so that it is together once u get upstairs. If u try to do the stairs with the entire vacuum ,the brush and suction don't work on
