Worst Purchase Ever!

I purchased this vacuum as an upgrade to my last shark upright, which was the best vacuum I've ever owned, and boy was that the worst decision I've ever made. This vacuum is horrible! I vacuum at least once a week and the head must be cleaned every time. Any and every piece of hair gets tangled in the brissels, which is a huge disappointment if you own a pet. So if your looking for a great vacuum for your everyday needs please keep scrolling, this is not the vacuum for you!

This vacuum was a major upgrade for our carpet cleaning with our dog hair. We bought extra filters to rotate the cleaning which makes it easier to vacuum on clean filters. I even use it to vacuum our dog to remove hair, though it's not great, but it wasn't the primary purpose for this. You'll have to clean the bristles like in any other vacuum that I know, but the cool part is that theyre motorized (other vacuums seem to only move them through air suction) , so they don't get stuck easily and they remove dog hair really well from carpets. I also really like that the lights on the unit work well, and they're not just on the brushroll, but also on the handle if you're using other attachments.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I LOVE our shark!!

I LOVE our shark!! It works so well and is very easy to use when using the wand or lift away! As well as cleaning out the roller! My biggest complaint is that ours has developed a weird smell after 3years when it is powered on, despite cleaning it thoroughly.

I purchased 2 NV752 model because of mostly favorable reviews. However, the cord length was NOT 30ft as advertised in several seller’s descriptions. Actual cord length is 25ft and was changed on this model in 2019.

Awesome vacuum

I have owned a NV752 vacuum for for over 8 years, & I am sorry to see that it is now longer in production. I love the light weight of it the light features and the rotator and lift away. I prefer it because it doesn’t have the second brush and it has a wider wood floor attachment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First Shark, Possibly Last Shark

I was excited to upgrade from my 9 year old Bissell as it did not perform well with pet hair but I'm back to the grind after this vacuum. The first vacuum I received, the spin brush roller would randomly stop while vacuuming my living room carpet. This happened the first use straight out of the box. I continued to troubleshoot by detaching and reattaching the attachments to ensure everything was in place which they had been. Nothing resolved the issue so I returned and exchanged for a second unit. The second unit was better but the spin brush still continued to shut off at the littlest bump or transfer to another surface. The spin brush could not be reactivated unless the machine was turned off and on. I found myself turning it off and on 3-4 times while vacuuming my 1200 sq. foot home which has several types of surfaces. I had high hopes but ended up extremely disappointed in this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed in the product. Purchased Shark pet vacuum because it had great reviews and seemed to be a quality product. For the price and disappointing quality I should have purchased elsewhere
