Don’t fit my ears very well

There is nothing wrong with the product, except they don’t fit my ears very well, and my ears hurt when I wear them, Also, they fall out easily. The sound quality is great - I just wish I’d tried for a good fit before buying. Disappointed at wasting my money as I doubt I’ll get any wear out of them.

Finally an open design

Look great, sound great, fits...well. I've been waiting for this kind of open design from Samsung for a while. If you're used to something like Airpods, the ear intert on these is a fraction larger. Samsung would have 5 stars here if they had just shrunk the circumference of the ear piece by about 1mm otherwise, it's great.

Cool but average

I don't recommend it. It looks very cool and feel cheap. Buds keep falling out of my ears instantly and I don't even feel it. Easy to get damaged or scratches. Don't think it can even come close to water too

Noise Cancelation

It is good earbuds but noise cancelation is not working. I dont understand what is the differences on and off. Other features are good. And when you take it in your hand you feel premium quality.

Very Disappointing - ANNOYED!

I had the Buds 2 which I loved. I had them stolen and there were no longer any on sale in my tech stores, online or anywhere other than trade me so I had to "upgrade". I hate the Bud 3 in comparison. The noise cancelling is rubbish, I have to have my music on FULL where the quality sounds average and I can STILL hear exterior music, voices, noises. The shape is very frustrating and gets in the way when trying to do makeup, get ready and they're not even comfortable and don't sit well. Only good thing is I can control both music skipping and volume from the ear bud but even these controls are slightly tricky to use eg. Have to get them just right, in the right place on the bud. They also entirely stopped charging when they apparently had something invisible to the eye on either the charging port or charging pads of the bud. Took me three tries to get the invisible blockage out the way.

Not reliable at all

I bought them and in 18 days the case went dead and not charging. The shop will send it to samsung which will take around 20 days. Waste of money and time.
