Easy to Setup and Use

I bought the smart plug one month ago and I connected to my old A/C unit and it works perfectly well. The app make it easy to control it.

I purchased 2 ROKU Indoor Smar Plug SE in December 2023. They both work great and as advertised. They maintain a strong wifi connection. One of the plugs is installed in my shop and still maintains the wifi connection without a problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roku smart plugs are better than the competition, in my opinion, because not only are they compatible with all of my Alexa devices but they are cheaper. Roku makes amazing products and I am slowly phasing out all of my smart home products to their brand. A very great five stars!

Stopped working in two months.

I bought this smart plug just because it is Roku smart plug. I thought it will stand by its name. The smart plug doesn’t turn on or off my appliances even though the app shows that smart plug is turned on or off. I tried my table lamp, side table lamp, and standing lamp as well. I tired to use this smart plug on different outlets in my house but it didn’t work. It stopped working after two months of purchase. Worst thing is there is no customer service to report this issue or get any kind of help. I wouldn’t buy or recommend this smart plug.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Roku plug is the best WiFi plug out there. Easy to program...dawn to dusk, vacation or custom mode! Connects easy and you can even group devices and link to Amazon Alexa devices.

“Rock-on Roku”

I now have five Roku plugs through- out my home. For a retired person it is so convenient to turn devices on from the comfort of my living room. The most unique application is our dishwasher, yes dishwasher! Our dishwasher has been acting up, as the motherboard has an issue that makes it necessary to power down the dishwasher by unplugging it from the A/C receptacle (under the kitchen sink) for 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in, (rebooting) basically. Thus became an issue trying to do this daily, so I thought I would try a Roku plug? Turned out being GENIUS, it works perfectly! My wife just asks Alexa to “turn on diswasher” then it does it job! When it’s done, she asks Alexa to turn it off, it’s been working.without fail like this daily now for two months. Thus saving us replacing a costly dishwasher! My wife loves it. Thank you Roku!
