Excellent Smart Plug BUT terrible live chat help

I already have four Roku smart plugs in our home so I am quite familiar with how the setup works. I was attempting to set up the fifth one and it would not complete the setup process. I reached out to live chat and after an hour was transferred to another agent and after thirty minutes, possibly longer, our conversation was disconnected. There was a message on the screen that popped up, alerting me that if I did not respond within x amount of time, I would be disconnected. I understand that but the issue was with the agent not responding, not me. It was very frustrating to say the least. After being disconnected, I attempted the install one more time and it finally connected.

Easy setup

It was very easy to set up It works great i purchased it for a fan that I have that is hard to get to, now I can turn it on and off from any of my phones or my laptop my tablet i don't even have to be home to turn it on or off it works with my Alexa also.
I've bought several other brands with lots of problems getting them to work and stay connected I haven't had any problems even with a power outage it stayed connected I didn't have to go through the steps all over again.....
I highly recommend this smart plug.

Great features!

This plug is on the large side, but the fact that the app will let me set up a timer to shut the plug off after a certain amount of time is what gives it 5 stars. That, and it also works with Alexa and Google.

Too easy to use

Setup and use cannot be more straightforward with the Roku Smart Home app. Much easier to maintain changing times and schedules than it is with a standard wall plug timer unit. Highly recommended!

These are so much nicer than the old fashioned mechanical timers. You can customize schedules which include selections related to daylight saving time, sunrise, and sunset. Literally set it up once and it is good all year long. The associated app is easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Affordable option for smart plugs

I purchased a two pack of Roku smart plugs to add lighting options yo my smart home. These were a very affordable option for adding a multitude of devices to our smart home mix. They are easy to install and setup via the Roku app and can be easily added to your smart assistant for voice control. I would definitely recommend these smart plugs.

I use the plug as an on/off switch to ultra Lt. Narrow design also is nice, takes up less socket space opposed to the clunky round style.
