LG C5 77" Amazing Above Expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was absolutely floored by the brightness of this TV, after hearing some talk about OLED lacking brightness compared to other mini LED options. The colors are deep, have sparking contrast, and really highlight all blacks. It really gives that theatre feeling from the comfort of my home. I couldn't reccomend enough if you are on the fence. This tv has blown away any expectations I had. Also - the bundle came with a high quality soundbar and subwoofer, Bluetooth speaker, and a free mounting service which was done without any hassle and completed at a high level.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my LED TV for a long time and decided to upgrade. And it was worth it! Colors are super vivid, bright and black contrast is outstanding. I was watching one of those animal documentary videos and you can see every single hair strand and tiny little flies. Technology is truly amazing. I'm finally able to take advantage of those 4K options in my streaming services. I'm still trying to fiddle around with the settings to get that perfect setting but since TV comes with a lot of options and customization, it's going to take time. I also got a great deal from LG with a bundle package so I actually bought it with no regrets.

The picture quality is incredible — the colors are rich, the contrast is perfect, and the black levels are truly pitch-black. Movies look cinematic, sports are smooth, and gaming on this TV is next-level. The 120–144Hz support and HDMI 2.1 ports make it perfect for next-gen consoles and PC gaming.
The design is sleek and modern, and despite being a 77-inch screen, it looks amazingly thin on the wall. The a9 AI Processor really does a great job upscaling older content, and webOS is fast, intuitive, and easy to navigate.
Even the sound is better than I expected for built-in speakers, though I paired it with a soundbar for the full experience.
Overall, this TV is a fantastic upgrade and genuinely feels premium in every way. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase — highly recommended!

I have spent two weeks with the 77-inch C5, throwing everything from 4K Blu-rays to high-frame-rate PC games at it. Here is why this TV is an absolute beast.
1. Picture Quality: Intelligence Meets Intensity
The headline feature this year is the new α9 AI Processor Gen8. LG talks a lot about "AI" in their marketing, but this year you can actually see it working.
Brightness: While the C5 doesn't have the Micro Lens Array (MLA) tech reserved for the pricier G5, it is noticeably brighter than last year's C4. The "Brightness Booster" tech pushes highlights—explosions, streetlights, stars—with an intensity that makes HDR content pop off the screen.
SDR Performance: This is the sleeper hit feature. The C5 takes standard content (like older TV shows or 1080p streams) and revitalizes it. The upscaling is cleaner, sharper, and brighter without looking artificial.
