The Bio-rejuvenate Red Light Nasal Therapy device is exactly what I have been searching for. I noticed a big difference in my life after using it for 3 days! I can sleep again. I can breathe again. If you suffer from sinusitis, you should give it a try!

Just did my first 30-minute (nasal) session, switching sides part way through. The 40Hz pulse mode seems to feel nice and relaxing whereas I find the 10Hz mode a little unsettling. It would be nice if there were more different frequency settings than just 10Hz and 40Hz - I had assumed it was adjustable within that range.
