I just received this yesterday and it is pretty easy to use. Love the lifetime warranty!
I called with a question about the modes and it was answered promptly.
What is unclear to me is why infrared is in one probe and near infrared is in the other. There doesn’t appear to be a way to treat both ears or nostrils with near infrared without switching the probes. I was surprised there wasn’t a mode option for that. I have to move the probes.
But i am glad it offers both infrared and near infrared.

I have been a customer for many years and have about 15 of your products. Although I scan the Lifetime Warranty code for every purchase, I have not received a Warranty since 2023!!!!! My contact information has not changed. Please address this.

Too Soon To Review. (The product registration process didn’t offer option to bypass submitting a review.)Today is only the second day I am using the nasal therapy device. The product manual suggests ten-day cycles with a five-day rest between cycles for a three-month (up to 3x per day) period to allow for sufficient time to experience results. It makes sense to wait until the product has been used consistently for that duration or at least until results are achieved before submitting a review. At the moment all I can share is that thus far, the product turns on as expected.

I've had head congestion for many months and the tinnitus has been brutal at times. This device has allowed some of the congestion to clear and I think lymph fluid is finally moving out.

Fantastic Product

Love this product!!! Finally something that eliminates allergies and end infections. Also, I’ve noticed an improvement with my tendinitis. It will be interesting to see if eventually it he problem resolves.
