I purchased the NutriBullet Pro a couple of months ago in order to make green smoothies for breakfast. While it does a decent job blending leafy greens, I found that it never broke them down to a creamy smooth consistency. I tried blending just my greens with a liquid base first, and then adding my other ingredients later and while it helped slightly, I was still left with smoothies that weren't all that smooth. I also found that the 32oz cup too small for my needs. I ended up giving it to a friend and bought a Vitamix instead, which I'm MUCH happier with.
My recommendation: skip the NutriBullet and go with a more powerful machine with a bigger capacity.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used many types of emulsion devices, from large to small, but the Nutribullet was a real surprise, because it completes the tasks so quickly. Just a few pulses and the onion is chopped etc. Very efficient, with amazing power!

I wasn't expecting it to be used much but I use it every single day since it came. It doesn't turn everything into water like as I saw on tv, but its close. You can throw a couple cut apples quarters, handful of anything else you want into the cup and let it run a few seconds, then you can drink the juice just like drinking water. In short, I love it and way better product than I ever imagined. Just buy it, use it and you will love it. You will use it everyday. The health benefits are well know, weight loss will be seen in days. Just wish I had bought it long time ago when it first came out. Forgot to mention, you can clean it up in like 3 seconds after using.

I upgraded from the original NutriBullet to the NutriBullet PRO and I'm even happier with this one. It comes with more and better accessories, and because it is more powerful I use it more often (I was afraid of burning out the motor on the original but not the PRO). It's easy to use and easy to clean. My fruit and veggie consumption was minimal before NutriBullet and now I get my RDA every day!

I bought this 105 days ago and unfortunately through use every other day for smoothies, the motor gave up and smoked up the unit. @ConsumerAlly to the rescue managed to get Target to refund and replace the unit no hassle, despite being beyond the 90day standard window.
As for the product itself, it's brilliant when it works. I've been through kitchenaid, ninja and another brand which lasted a day. This lasted longer than most, and what's more with the higher wattage it is the only one able to blend down the chia and flax seeds into the smoothie as they are able to do so at the smoothie bars with their commercial strength units. Despite the facts that it broke, it gets the job done better than the competition

This is so simple to use and really blends things quickly....less than 30 seconds. My blender is a really good one but just can't blend as fast as this one. Super easy to clean and I love the fact you are blending from the same cup you are drinking out of.

We create vegetable smoothies daily. We recently bought the NutriBullet so we could make smoothies while traveling. We have been using it daily since August. It is better at grinding up seeds that our huge blender and does it quicker. The blender gets almost no use anymore. We think this is an excellent product.
