I loved my NutriBullet, LOVE my new NutriBullet Pro BUT, if I had only known about the new NutriBullet Rx, I would have upgraded to that! I Recommend NutriBullet to everyone and I love that it is affordable, unlike a Vitamix. PLUS, much easier to clean!

I bought 1 for my daugher in grad school and 1 for me. She uses hers every day....however, the flip top lid broke off on hers...I send an email to customer service over 3 weeks ago, since I have not been able to find a replacement anywhere.....still no response...so less than impressed there.

my first blender was leaking and second blender the plastic chips that are suppose to fit in the blender are to small and wont work. set up a complaint but never heard back after several attemps. No one that I know will buy this product. your welcome
