I had my jaw wired after a bike accident and was able to eat only blended foods. This little machine blended foods so much better than my blender, and because of that I was able to eat more nutritionally. It blended carrots, nuts, etc. that would have been impossible otherwise. The only downside is that the second blade part has a loose rubber gasket, so I can use only the one. And one of the plastic cups cracked in the dishwasher, so I now wash them by hand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love what this product can do. I love my morning smoothies which it blends to perfection. However, I am on my third unit! The first one started smelling like burning oil and grease and then actually smoking after one month. An isolated incident, I thought, so then I got a replacement unit. 6 months later, that one starts smoking worse than the first! Now, I'm on my 3rd one. I use it properly, but have little faith that this will last. I still love my smoothies but am almost afraid to make them anymore.

The small cup broke after a short time, and I had to pay S&H to have it replaced. And this replacement cup has never been right, but I'm sick of dealing with it and don't want to have to pay S&H again when it's a manufacturing flaw to begin with.

I bought the the Pro 900 . Book came with it. Make sure you take out rubber rings on blades and tops after each time you use it!! You cannot just rinse the parts like they say on TV!! They will get mold on them!! Again, clean after ever use!!!

I have had my bullet for almost a year. I use it mostly to make smoothies and an occasional coffee grinder. I does a great job of make the smoothy a perfect consistency. My only issue is with the rubber seals inside the blender piece. One of mine somehow fell in and I didn't realize it until I opened it to find the seal with some cuts. The seals sometimes stay and sometimes don't. They are also difficult to keep clean, in my opinion.
