Although I really enjoy my NutriBullet Pro, it sometimes doesn't perform as well as you'd expect from a professional rated blender: - Not sealing and liquid coming out when blending even when not completely full. - Requires more liquid than other like product (VITA MIX). - Sometimes it will not operating as easily when pressing and twisting device, demanding me to keep trying.
I have had this product for about a month now and love it! You do have to make sure that the blender cap is on very securely so that it does not leak. And when you want to remove that cap, it is difficult because it is slippery.
I purchased my nutribullet about three months ago and since then I have been making healthy smoothies. It works great - it will liquify even a tiny seed! It is a pretty remarkable machine. If you are looking to make a smoothy and not sure or don't want to spend $500 on a blender - the NutriBullet works extremely well. So far, I have had one problem and customer service was able to help me solve it quickly.
I've had it for 4 months and use it everyday. It really pulverizes kale and chia seeds making it easier for me to get my daily greens. I love it for making creamy plant based dressings and smooth mushroom gravy too! I follow the directions (don't go over fill line) and haven't had problems with leakage and the gasket. (so glad I ignored some reviews I read) My husband likes that it isn't as loud as my last blender and it doesn't take as long to blend (no more disruption of his newspaper reading).
My wife gave me the NutriBullet Pro 90 for Fathers Day. I've been using since day one. I did experience some problems with the base and with Excellent Customer Service, they replaced it. Still using it everyday... Thanks NutriBullet.
Each extractor blade has a gray o-ring inside the unit. They consistently fall off although instructions are followed precisely. When this happens liquid leaks slowly into the base which will eventually cause damage. This has happened to 3 of 4 blades. Otherwise I do love my Nutribullet Pro; it's easy to use, easily crushes whole frozen carrots and ice cubes and I would recommend it.
After owning the original Magic bullet for about 7 years, I decided to upgrade to the Nutribullet Pro series. After using it several times , I am truly disappointed with the performance. In my opinion, the motor is too strong and constantly damages the rubber gasket, spilling everything out. It's been sitting on my counter unused for months. I loved my Magic Bullet but honestly would not recommend this new product to anyone. Sorry. Need to be honest
