I used the nutribullet often until it started to smoke & smelled. I even found what appeared to be oil underneath the unit. Now, it just sits on my counter. What a waste of money!!

I bought this model a few months ago. Overall it is a great improvement in power and design from the base model. I used my last one every day for 2 years until the motor burned out so i decided to go for the higher powered motor. This motor is quieter and blends all my fruits and vegetables in less than 30 seconds easily including large frozen strawberries. The large container is a few inches longer but the max line is in the same place. This helps it blend better. The blade cover Is much sturdier. However the lid doesn't feel snug all of the time. I have seen the lid loosen up a few times while blending. I am not sure If I screwed it on crooked but it's not always easy to tell. I also like the extra drinking lid. It was worth extra dollars to get this model and would highly recommend it.

I reject is not buying it earlier... My smoothies are healthier and delicious!! Never thought of puting spinach and/or kale in it, but nutribullet allows me to add more nutricious value to my smoothies. Love it!! Buying one for my elderly parents, so they can benefit from it.
