When we first got this My Wife and I have been making shakes every day..but now being about five months since having it seems like it is falling apart...The motor sounds like the gears are grinding (very,very, loud and noisy) the blade cap bearings are starting to get play in them and gaskets are melting...I am afraid this thing is not going to last much longer...Very disappointed cause it does make great shakes which I look forward to having every morning to energize me through out the day....I feel that NutriBullet needs to go back to the drawing board and design something that will last much longer and less noisy....

My guess is that I have had the advanced NutriBullet for about 4 months, maybe five. At first it was a blessing to have, particularly in summer. But over the last month, the unit will not start up when the cup is placed on it. The cup cannot descend so that it can then be turned to run on its own. I now have to press with my whole weight to get the bullet to start. And when I turn the cup so that it will stop, the unit keeps right on running. In fact, to get it to stop I have to lift the cup . . . not a good move but it is all that I have. A very disappointing purchase.

Absolutely love NutriBullet Pro 900-watt. I first bought it for my boyfriend for his birthday. When he opened it up and I saw that it included a big book of smoothie recipes, vital information about health through eating healthy, small and large smoothie cups, as well as a travel mug andddd how pretty the actual blender was...I had to buy it for myself! The price cannot be beat. I am so happy with my purchase. I use it all the time...for energy, toxin cleans, immune booster, or whatever fruit/veggies/nuts I have in the house and just want to mix it all together! I recommend this product for everyone of all ages. If you want to eat healthy, change your lifestyle, look and feel better, buy this product! For the money too, it's amazing! :)

I bought this Nutribullet Pro in June of 2014. It was very noisy from the first time I used it. Today it bound up and I am unable to use it. I called nutribullet and they told me that I have no coverage even though I registered on line 2 days after I bought the unit and have a 15 month warranty. I have E mailed and faxed all my papers to them
