I bought this to improve my balance daily of vegetables and fruits not only to eat healthier but to supplement me as a runner. So glad I did this, my body feels so much better and I really believe this is naturally healing when I tend to over do my training.

This is my second one, I had the small one and it broke, I have used this one daily for about 6 months. I only had one problem when the plastic tabs wouldn't go down, but your representative told me how to clean it over the phone, I have to clean it periodically. My grand daughter loves her fresh fruit smoothie every morning!

Purchased in December 2014. Been making shakes as specified in the book that came with the product. I must say, I am starting to feel much better. I order other products to accompany the 900, but customer service has been slow and I have been waiting for the products to arrive so I could expand the menu and shakes. It has been close to a month but hopefully the product will get here soon. Once I expand with the 6 week program, I may raise the overall rating to 5. So far, so good.

If a bottle breaks, you practically CAN'T get a replacement. If you write to customer service, they ignore your request. If you call in, you can't get through and remain on hold until you give up. They like to sell new units, but they don't care whether you can get replacement parts. Beware!

I love how it works, unfortunately I'm on my third one in fourteen months. The first one died after a year and I emailed the company and never heard back, so I bought another one from HSN with the extra warranty. That one gave out after a couple of weeks and they sent me another one. I just want it to last because I can't be without it. I use it every morning to get my fruits and vegtables in me.
