Flimsy accesories

I love my NutriBullet, but in the two months that I owned the unit, I had to get three replacements because of leaks - customer service replaced the two blades, and now a long crack was developed along the side of the colossal cup. Each time I was required to pay shipping and handling, even though the faults were in the manufacturing. A huge mess to clean after each leak, and it's a bother to deal with replacements - even though they are covered by the first-year warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The NutriBullet is fabulous and works even better than described. Creates a smooth blend of what you add and is quick and fast. I am no longer wasting food. I freeze my fruit when it gets to a certain point then I throw it in my NutriBullet and I have a great smoothie. No need for as much ice. Love it.
