Used it 4 times, started to growl louder than usual, smokey smell, slowed down and barely worked. Took back and got the Nutra Ninja w/ auto IQ, much better, even has suction cups on bottom of base to help hold down and much quieter.
This is my second Nutribullet and my first pro model. It blends and grinds perfectly, with a lot of power. I enjoy the taller cup for bigger Nutriblasts.
I have a 900 unit which worked great . . . when it worked. I barely used it and it started to become hard to press the cup into the base for its blades to spin. Eventually, the cup would no longer make correct contact with the base at all, so it no longer worked at all. This seemed to be a common problem. I read this before I bought the unit, but I was hoping that I'd have better luck. Didn't happen. I really like the power of the unit and the ease of cleanup, but I can't recommend something that might breakdown on someone. If it hadn't broken down on me after barely using it, I would have given it 5 stars. NUTRIBULLET PEOPLE FIX THE PROBLEM ALREADY! People are wasting their money and it's not funny!
I love my NutriBullet, but if I could change anything, I would change the start application to a button or something easier. I bought one for my mother, and she has a hard time starting it.
I use it all the time for smoothies, drinks and recipes. The only thing I would change is to have it have a better grip on the blade, such as texturizing, because it can sometimes be hard for me to get it off especially if my hands are slightly wet.
