I bought this item thinking it would liquify whatever it was that I put in it. It doesn't. Not even slightly liquify, just chunky but drinkable. I'm not too disappointed though because I love the cup size(s) and the attachments. The recipe book is my favorite of the entire package. I know I could've spent time online and probably found the same recipes but having the info handy while in the kitchen is wonderful.

I bought a NutriBullet Pro around the beginning of the year (2015). I have loved using it and have used it regularly since my purchase. Several weeks ago, the rubber seal in one of the blades came loose. I contacted customer service to get a replacement. The agent was friendly and quite knowledgeable..... he wasted no time in handling my request. If only all companies handled customers as well. Thank you NutriBullet!!

Blends really well, but it is such a bummer when I'm done blending and the goods are smeared all over the machinery. Sigh... would be nice if there were some sort of click-close mechanism instead of screwing? Also, I've blended some things that release gas during blending, increasing the internal pressure, making it very difficult to unscrew the lid when I'm done. Funny, two complaints of opposite problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had it about a month, and use it a lot. Add spinach, fruits, nuts, and anything you like to make a healthy smoothie . I use sugar free almond milk for the liquid. Add crushed ice to make it cold. Easy to clean, and grinds it all very well. Best small appliance I have bought in a long time. Losing weight, and feel great! (Give up your diet drinks!)

Several weeks ago I bought the NutriBullet Pro b/c I needed to start eating a healthier diet. I. Don't. Cook. I also don't like to shop for groceries. Surprise! It's so simple to use/clean/store the Bullet and accessories. I look forward to concocting new blasts. It's fun to shop for new & different ingredients. My husband is eating the NB way, too.
