I am always a bit intimidated when buying a new appliance, but the NutriBullet is very easy to operate and cleaning is a breeze. Just make sure your proportions are right (liquid to solid) and that you do not go over the fill line. Turn it on and Viola, a perfect drink everytime!

Mine had problems adjusting. The gasket spilled the liquid out at the very first use. It was very difficult to unscrew the base. Returned in 24 hours. Was mine defective????

This little blender really pulverizes everything you put in it. It's more of a nutrient extractor. Thin smoothies work. If you want thick smoothies you may have to blend for a bit, then stir the contents, just like with the Magic Bulletin. Very easy clean up. I love how it blends greens right up so there is no chunks. The Magic Bullet left some chunks behind. Nuts even get pulverized! Makes getting a healthy breakfast smoothie easy and fast.

Absolutely love it. And I found the service to be great when I needed it.
I felt the wait time on the service line was a little too long and I didn't really like being ask if I wanted to continue to wait over and over again. But other than that I have no complaints. Though I don't really know what happened to cause my blender to stop working. But to not have to ship it back is a real valuable service that it was replaced without a lot of back and forth and then still end up with a problem.
So, I think the way you handle problems is great. Because who wants to go round and round and still come out with the same outcome of having to have something finally replaced. Thank you for keeping me not having to do that.
And the guy who assisted me over the phone was great too, and I understood every word he said. I really appreciated his efforts in trying to walk me through a resolution. And when it was discovered that there were no more options on my end he just said 'okay,' we'll you another base.'
I loved hearing that. And all it cost me was a little time on the phone. Wow...
