On seccond or third time I used NB,the rubber ring was tangled and I could not use one blade. I went to exchange at Macy's and they had none in Stock. They could not replace from other stores either. Ended up keeping same unit. Also wish there was a small size than the one comes with for my quick blending spices. Also some easy attatched rings comes with it.
We bought this last month and our health has improved rapidly. Digestion and elimination are improved, and more vitality is felt almost immediately. Easy to use and even easier to clean. I used to have the Champion juicer ten years ago, which is still a great machine. - but the nutribullet makes a better juice quicker with much less cleanup and counter space. Love it!
My kids and I have used it multiple times. Worked well except for more than occasionally, the extractor fitting, even when we're careful to screw it onto the cup , will leak during the mix and make a mess. This part needs to be quality controlled. Can recommend with reservations.
I would have thought it was operator error if it had only happened a couple of times. But after the first couple of times I have been sure to screw the bottom on as tight as I can. The problem is that when pushing down and turning on the container to engage and disengage the blades, the bottom has become loose and my smoothie has leaked out into the inside then outside of the base. it happens about 25% of the time. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem?
I bought this upgraded model thinking that it would be better constructed than the regular Nutribullet. It seems that when I attach the blade and put it in the base it can leak and sometimes it's very hard to reopen after I blend my shake. I wish that was rectified. Otherwise, I love it!!
