For the most part I am happy with my NutriBullet 900 Series; however, I find it difficult to attach the container to the base and turn to make contact with the starter. Invariably, the container loosens and begins to leak.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the NutriBullet for smoothies, but it is not mush different than my blender. Other than the fact that it is easier to clean. I bought it to make Bulletproof Coffee and did not realize that you can't use it for anything hot. It cracked and leaked everywhere. As a blender for smoothies, I was hoping it would work better to break down foods without the need of a lot of liquid.

I bought this item and it does work very well. The only draw back is that sometimes the lid can detach a bit while it's mixing and liquid drips out into the machine. Then if you fasten the lid too tight, it's extremely hard to open, sometimes impossible. Should come with extra lids to drink from (with small spout and cover).
