I bought The NutriBullet about 2 1/2 months ago and one of the blades was defective. I called, the person apologized and promptly took my information. I should receive my new blade in 10 to 12 working days. They also provided helpful hints to enhance the life of my machine and blades. And promptly took my information. Don't waiste your money. This is not build to last. It struggles with ice, frozen items, etc.

Bullet Pro was disappointing because it stopped working in mid-Oct. Also, so much gives impression of unsturdyness. Customer service was helpful in walking me thru efforts to get unit working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this item! It's a wonderful tool for those who have a busy life style. Clean up is easy and so much quicker then a blender. Besides creating healthy quick fix energy and nutrias drinks, it's great for scrambling eggs, for a beautiful fluffy omelet or perfect for soufflés! It changes the volume, texture. taste, and appearance, so you will never go back to hand scrambling your eggs again. The only thing I would change would be, to add a tool that would make easy cap removal, for those with arthritic hands. The cap is hard to twist off, due to the size of the cap. Other wise I love my NutriBullet PRO.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews on here and only some good reviews. We have had our nutribullet for about 3 months now and it's perfect. This is helping me and my partner be healthier (he doesn't fruit or veg) and we love it for breakfast and snacks! It's expensive at first but worth it! Thumbs up from us!
