blade head too big

I received as a gift and was looking forward to using it. I'm unable to screw the blade head. I can't return because I've used it,so money was thrown away.Should have bought the blender like machine

great product but tabs on cups break

I love making a smoothie for breakfast. Healthy and keeps me full until a late lunch. The nutribullet is amazing and I've loved using it. However, all 3 of the larger cups are now unusable b/c 2 of the 3 tabs have broken off. (You only need 2 for it to work). We have figured out a less than safe way to make it work, but the reality is there just needs to be another way for it to function. They don't seem to sell replacement cups anywhere in stores or on there own website. I can find them on amazon which is weird. Where are all these 3rd party sellers getting random cups from????

I purchased my nutribullet as an impulse buy after watching the infomercial on tv. I called in the next day to cancel my order, and the representative saved me from missing out on pursuing my nutritional goals, thanks!

I just bought my NutriBullet Pro New Years Day and I have THOROUGHLY enjoyed making my smoothies with this as part of my Resolution to continue my dieting and get healthier.

2 Nutribullets and Both stopped working!

Very difficult to push and twist. First one stopped working. And now my second one has same problem. Choose a different brand. Not worth it.

HORRIBLE not user friendly

I received this as a gift as part of my healthy living program. I can't even get the blades and cups to engage because of weakness in my hands. Someone else had to take it apart ; it's going back to the store today. UNUSED.
