The bearings went out in my blades plus I had an issue with my large cup. Brice was fantastic! I wish all companies had customer service people like him. He's a keeper
I bought this less than a month ago and have only used it a handful of times. It was working great at first and I was seriously in love, and now after a few times making frozen fruit smoothies and a milkshake once, the Nutribullet is extremely hard to press down. I have to have my boyfriend do it for me and then we can't get it to stop once it starts, it's kinda scary. Last night it started to smoke when we used it. There's not a maybe option for if I would recommend this product, yes I do, but the problems need to be fixed.
I bought the NutriBullet RX about a month ago and I couldn't be happier. There is no one that loves soup more than I do. It's what I order the most in restaurants, and what I make the most at home. I had lap band surgery a few years ago and I prefer a fine pureed soup that I can drink over a thick, chunky soup that I may sometimes have a harder time eating. The NutriBullet RX is great for that! It blends the soup up into a very fine puree (never any chucks) and heats it perfectly. After the 7-minute cycle, I pore the hot soup in a soup bowl, and drink it 'till I'm stuffed. It's so good, it's hard to stop. Every soup I've made so far has tasted fantastic. And the great thing is, you can take any soup (even the chunky ones) and put them in the NutriBullet RX (and maybe add a little extra broth or liquid) and they all come out very tasty! It's very easy to use, and I just love going through the kitchen looking for different things I can add to my soup. After I use it, it takes less than a minute or 2 to clean it, and it's ready to use again for the next meal. I use it almost once a day. I made one smoothie with it, and it was also great, but I'm mostly a soup guy. Wish I'd known about the NutriBullet RX a long time ago.
