I am a little bit upset that this rubber gasket on the blade assembly keeps coming off during the process of making my shake. other than that I am very happy with the product but I do need to call and get a new blade assembly

I love this product, i have had the ninja, magicbullet and oster blender, this product its the best to triturated food and keep all the nutrients. The only problem I have its that i recently had shoulder surgery and i have use forse to turn it on. I think it would be easier if I had a botton and just had to press it.

I bought this Pro a few weeks ago, and it is better than the older model that I had. It works faster, within 45 seconds, and I like the newer top with the straw opening. It's also bigger, so it actually holds all that I need and more!
