This is my 2nd NutriBullet. I burnt out my 1st one after a few years of constant usage! I upgraded to the PRO this time around. So far-so good! I love it.
I do NOT like vegetables, ICK...So I make "shakes" full of yummy fruit and hide my veggies inside so I don't taste them! It's a win-win for me!

I had to return the first one to two a sticking latch receive the second one but was not able to register warranty online and the second one I've received has a leaky blender top so as the juice is being made it leaks into The reservoir… So so far I'm 50-50 at best

This machine works really well, extracting and blending perfectly. The only thing I would change is making the cover stay on securely while the nutribullet is running and then making it come off easier when it's through. I don't know if that's possible, but that would make it perfect for me. Otherwise, it's very easy to clean, as long as you don't have to clean up the spills in the machine.
