I received this NutriBullet 4 years ago when I graduated college. Since then, I've used it nearly every day. I'm beyond impressed with its small size, heavy duty base, ease of use, and the fact that I can blend up 1 or 2 portions of a smoothie without having to do any guess work on amounts. With a regular-sized blender, I would always make way too much. So easy to put in your ingredients, twist, and sip! I highly recommend the metal straws, too.
One thing I'd like to add is that last year the rubber around the blade fell off. If this happens to you, just seal it with some super glue. Worked like a charm for me and never had anymore problems!
I bought the Pink NutriBullet Pro EXCLUSIVE. On the picture it showed that you will be getting black lids for the cups but they send you gray ones. The main reason I bought them was for their colors.
This is my third nutribullet I have bought, I love that it really does a great job blending and pulverizing foods. But I’m so frustrated with the cups little tabs breaking off so easily! I don’t want to have to replace these cups, why can’t you make better cups, I’m sure I’m not the only person with this complaint! I would have giving 5 stars if the plastic weren’t so breakable! I would recommend this product for the machine itself, but I also will mention the problem with the tabs breaking and let them make up their own mind about it. The machine does not work without the tabs! Replacements shouldn’t have to happen, it can be expensive having to replace them as often as they break off.
I've been using this for just over a year and brown started seeping from the base, along with smoke. I thought the motor had gone, but good old Google told me that the metal bearings in the blade system had rusted - this is a common problem with Nutribullets and one that could be fixed by using a better quality ball bearing part... something that would not add hugely to the cost of the product. I tried to fix it (tutorials online), but it had rusted so much that it was impossible, so more landfill and I had to purchase a replacement blade system. Disappointing. Nutribullet sort out this minor problem and stop adding to landfill, its poor that you've let this continue without addressing the problem.
A great blender! Only disappointment is that the flip top on one of the lids snapped off within the first week when I tried to unscrew the top from the bottle. The past 2 lids I've had with my last nutribullet also broke & were extremely difficult to unscrew, as well they didn't stay snapped shut very well. I wish someone design a sturdier lid to go with the quality of the blender!
