I bought a nutrabullet and had to return the 1st one because it smelled like burning wires when I turned it on, I exchanged it and the second one leaked . Finally the 3rd one worked well even though it has a slight wire burning smell when it goes more than a minute. I absolutely love the nutribullet and have owned 3 before my last one died. I use it everyday . I hope this one will last as long as my original ones. The nutribullet helped me lose 35 lbs and improved my health. I wouldn't go without it .

Excellent except leaking problem

This is my 3rd one, I have been very satisfied except leaking problem. The nuts in the bottom was not tight enough to prevent from leaking, and mine started to leak after one month of usage, which is very disappointing. So I am waiting for replacement with report to their website, but there is no response at all. I think it is not good service to royal customers who used the products about 10 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought my first one three years ago. Found it in red! My favorite color. It was so easy and hassle free. Loved the easy clean up. Loved the cups and brought the book! About 6 months in, it started to work intermittently. I would have all of the ingredients of my smoothie in the cup and it did not work! Very inconvenient. Then, one day a few months later I tried it, and it worked. I bought another one, in red, three months ago to take to work since I prefer to make my smoothies fresh at meal time. Within two weeks, it stopped working and has not worked since! Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
