I liked it when it worked, but they use cheap plastics with the motor assembly, I tried to take it apart. Before I got too far I spotted the broken pieces that were connected to the internal pressure sensitive off and on switch. No hope no fix, had to trash it.
I fill to the maximum line, attach the extractor blade and tighten it as much as possible and it still leaks! When I have succeeded in tightening the extractor blade enough so that it does not leak I have great difficulty loosening the extractor blade. After leaking it is very difficult to clean the power base and I worry about the liquid going down the hole into the motor. Can't you provide an effective gasket that will seal and then allow easy removal after using the Nutribullet?
Really bummed, I think we are going to have to switch to Vitamix.
I can't justify spending any more money on this. We just had our 4th nutribullet break. The clear piece that connects the cup to the base shattered while it was being used. Really scary since I was holding my 10 month old daughter when it happened.
We've had this one for only about a year. The cup only had 4 frozen strawberries, a handful of frozen mango, spinach, banana and almond milk in it. It shouldn't have broken. I would give this less than a star if I could.
My husband and I have been using the NutriBullet Pro for over a month now. It's so easy to throw together a healthy shake in the mornings before walking out the door to work. Plus, I really like that the blender is so low profile. I can keep it out on the counter without it looking like an eye sore or taking up a lot of space.
This is my third Bullet my first Pro! Only wished I didn't loose my paperwork Must be careful of the size! Ice cubes have difficulty making small enough for a straw MUST Shake it a few times to get veggies & ice not rattle in the container!
