First four months of normal use were great. Then down hill from there, 2 out of the three cup ears broke although I am extra careful installing and uninstalling to base. Also, the back of the cover at the blades butt started leaking regardless of the amount of water and/or content.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using it for about a month now and I love it! Absolutely love it. So easy to use, doesn't take long to clean up after, super convenient. I bought it so that I can replace a meal with a smoothie and I've already lost a good amount of weight. I feel amazing, I'm getting all my servings of fruits and vegetables everyday. Best decision I've made for myself all year!

This is my second nutri bullet. I upgraded to the more powerful bullet. I really love the ease of making a smoothie. Clean up is so easy too. This machine pulverizes everything so it is nice and smooth. The only reason that I did not give it a full 5 stars is because my last nutri bullet started leaking after about a year. It also would only accommodate one of the several blender cups and only in a certain position. I hope this new one lasts longer.

Been happy with it and have always followed instructions but after having it for 6/7 months it caught fire.

Bought the Pro model about a month ago. It is working perfectly. I'm using it every morning with no issues and it doesn't leak as long as you don't overfill it. Stick to the fill line on the side of the container. It grinds things well and punches above its weight at this price point.
