This is our second unit. Our first one was great and we used it almost daily , but after several years of heavy use it became tired and stopped working. On the same day we purchased our second unit and we are going strong again.

I have had the NutriBullet Pro for almost a month and have used it almost every day. I have only used it to make smoothies but so far it exceeding my expectations. So much better than a cheap regular blender. I love how easy it is to clean.

It does the job and it doesn't leak, but there are some things why I won't buy it again and I don't recommend this product.
It takes a lot of time to get satisfying consistency - usually I have to run it for 1 minute, then I have to wait 1 minute (as recommended in user manual), and after that I have to blend one more minute. If I blend only 45 seconds as described in the attached book, the consistency is not good at all. After all of this my smoothie is a little warm if I don't use frozen fruits in it.

I have a Vitamix which I love but it is large and cumbersome to use for my morning Smoothie...the NutriBullet is the perfect size and easy to clean. I wish you had a smaller jar for grinding spices.
