Hinge Detaching - Beware!

I purchased two of these UPLIFT Hardside Large Spinners. One of these has only been on six total flights, and already has the rubber hinge reinforcement detaching (see photos). I do not see any other obvious rough treatment of the bag. Beware that there may be some sort of flaw in this bags design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This suitcase is very light and very well made. The zippers good smoothly. The wheels roll smooth. The combination lock is easy to program. So far there's nothing bad to say about it other than that they should offer it in more colors.
