Price and purchase process was very satisfying! I'm very happy about the size of this PC! This is my first experience my new ThinkCentre as of Mon. 5/16/22. I use it mostly for online work including Co-hosting webinars via Zoom.us and utilizing QuickBooks online and Microsoft Online 365. This week my new device is definitely getting a good "workout". Today (5/17/22) I had to shut down, by holding the power button for 3 seconds, then back on because the MS Office word program would not "respond" or save the document I was working with, as expected. Shutting down and back on was the only option.
I'm concerned a little about the required software programs I use and have now downloaded (Adobe, Zoom, Printer). Perhaps will have no trouble going forward.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is replacing an older Lenovo 1st Gen Ryzen 1L NUC. The amount of power the 4750GE has and barely scraping 59w at the wall is absolutely amazing and Lenovo to deliver this to mass market is fantastic.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is good. Lenovo's price is the best given the same configuration.
But there is one thing bothering me: I cannot use Ethernet. If I insert the Ethernet cable, and let Wi-Fi on, the Internet connection is not stable. Sometimes it is Ethernet that connects to Internet, sometimes it is Wi-Fi that connects to Internet. During the switching, Internet is dropped. I cannot disable or turn off Wi-Fi either, otherwise, Ethernet won't work. I did some research and experiments, this is not a Windows thing, because my other PCs from other brands do not have this issue.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The team at Lenovo was able to help me to find and purchase the right product for me. This small desktop with the power of a graphically capable CPU is able to handle anything I throw at it. It's also very quiet when not under heavy loads and features a design that allows for easy access to your SDRAM and M.2. All in all it a solid product that I highly recommend to anyone who has had bad experiences with dedicated graphics cards or who is short on space.
