Works great on 2021 Macbook Pro 14 inch (M1 Pro)

Pros:
Charges Laptop, powers 2x Display port 1440p monitors @75hertz, 1 GB ethernet, 1 USB C adapter for wireless headset, and 1 USB port used for external webcam. Completely silent, no coil whine or fan noise. Also nice that it matches the space grey Macbooks perfectly.

Cons/opinions:
-Power brick is huge
-It is a little large dimension wise, but the fact it works as intended makes up for it.
-White LED on the front is really bright when working in evening, easily fixed by using electrical tape to cover it up.

This is the first Startech Dock that I've had no issues with. Startech Support has been Great and allowed me to RMA both of my previous TB3 docks.

TB3DOCK2DPPD - Had unbearable high pitched coil whine (Known issue with this dock)
TB3DK2DHV - Ethernet port was not exceeding 1gb speeds, and poor port selection
