This excellent Demeyere Essential collection is amazing, great for braising, searing and frying, heats up quickly and retains the heat, easy to clean

It is a good frying pan! I tried it to fry meat, cooked eggs, backed nuts, boiled vegetables. It was important for me how well is the food done and if I have problems cleaning it; to look like new, no spots. I am pleased , after trying all the above cookings, that the frying pan is alright.
