Excellent Refurbished Dyson Airwrap & Great Seller

I recently purchased a refurbished Dyson Airwrap from Sterling Technology, and I’m extremely pleased with the experience. The seller was very responsive, replying to my questions within a couple of hours. The Airwrap itself looks almost brand new, works beautifully, and I’ve had no issues at all so far.
A great surprise was that the seller even included extra attachments, which made the purchase feel even more worthwhile. Overall, fantastic product and excellent service. I would definitely recommend them!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good refurbished air wrap multi styler long

The product finally arrived on the 24th of December. I would not consider this to be in good shape. It was well used. The parts were all thrown and squished in the case. There were no instructions and part of the interior was missing. The outside of the case has a slice in it that looks like a knife cut it. I was expecting it to be in good shape. It was dirty, the cord was all over the place and the brush bristles were flattened in several spots. This is not in good shape. Fair shape would be reaching. I would think that someone would have pulled the hair out of the brushes and wound the cord up properly. Maybe even put in a print out of instructions. But no. I feel mislead. If this is in “good shape” I wonder what “excellent” and “fair” shape look like. Don’t be disappointed. Just don’t buy this.

Defective Unit, Would Not Stay Powered On

Extremely disappointed with this purchase. The Airwrap arrived in non-working condition, it turns on momentarily, then shuts off with a flashing red error light. After multiple attempts to reset and test, it remained unusable.
For a premium product, this level of quality control is unacceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Once a received the package ope it then find out the condition of the product is very poor.. I thought refurbished product should pass your company QC department and make sure this is good for sele but endup it is not.
I endup returned it ... but still not get my money back.. WHY???
