Not as hyped as expected. I wish its much easier to use. I like the quality but the wraps are not that easy to use as they demonstrate

Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that in your use thus far, you've had some trouble getting the hang of the Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler. There is definitely a learning curve when first using this product. For best results, start with freshly washed hair. All three brushes can be used on wet hair, but the barrels work best on damp hair. Use the Pre-styling dryer to dry hair to damp before styling with the barrels. When your hair is damp dry, it will look dry but feel cold to the touch. The strands of your hair will be separated, not clumped together. We have some helpful information and videos below. Previous version was better’

I upgraded from my air wrap Dyson I purchased in 2021, and after using the new air wrap I can genuinely say the older version worked better. The drying attachment on the new one makes the drying process slow, and frizzy. The curling wands also seem to not have as a powerful air flow. I am sad i got rid of my previous one as the new airwrap makes my hair look mediocre
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, regarding both versions of the Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler. We’re constantly looking for ways to improve our technology. We’ve re-engineered nearly all of the Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler’s attachments to harness Enhanced Coanda airflow for more control when styling. We’ve also added the Coanda smoothing dryer to the range which is a new multi-functional attachment that replaces our Pre-styling dryer. With regard to hair drying, in Drying mode, concentrated airflow helps to pre-dry hair to the optimum moisture level before styling. In Smoothing mode, two jets of air work simultaneously on dry hair to smooth and perfect your end style, and hide flyaways. This mode should only be used on dry hair. Make sure the contact bar ‘clicks’ into place and maintains contact with the hair at all times.

What a game changer for someone like me who has never been good at styling my hair!! This is so easy!! And I love the way it leaves my hair with lots of volume and bouncy soft curls.

Absolutely best money I’ve spent in awhile

I’ve been using the dyson airwrap for 2 weeks now and I love it! The dryer dries my hair in a fraction of the time my previous hairdryer, and the attachments make my hair look like I came from a salon at ease. I have long hair, and I can now completely style my hair from the shower in under 10 minutes and I don’t feel like my hair is being damaged like I did when using hair straightener and curler.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have always had very fine, thick hair. Holding a curl was impossible even with a ton of product. I have curls the next day using this product. Can’t say enough great things about it. Worth the money.
