Love the airwrap , my hair is curly and at the beginning I couldn’t understand how to manage my hair with the airwrap then I start watching tips and tricks in videos and OMG I get beautiful blowouts in my hair every time if I’m in doubt of anything of the airwrap like how it sound or anything I call customer service and they are great on answering all my questions ,they help a lot in the process like you are a VIP . First time having a Dyson and wont be my last .

I need more instruction

I got my entire air wrap deluxe kit with 4 barrel, 2 brushes, and a round metal brush. I’m a little confused as to how damp my hair should be when I airwrap. I asked my stylist to give me instructions to get the hair I want. So far, I’ve only been able to use the round brush. It will take me some time and effort to learn how to use this. I really like the lightweight blower wand. I’m elderly and it’s easy to use with arthritis. A few more instruction videos would be helpful.

Waste of money/doesn’t even work

I wanted to love it, but it disappointed on all levels. Honestly is there anything easy about this device. On top of it not curling whatsoever regardless of how many times and different hair wetness/dryness levels we tried, it also stops working and it hasn’t even been a day of us trying it. Filter looks spotless clean (it’s a brand new styler after all), is it really overheating after a few min of on/off use??
I am really sad as I wanted to style mine and my daughter’ hair without spoiling it (especially since she is still a child) but it looks like there is no magic way. Sending it back (((

I am over the moon with my Airwrap. It’s the only tool
I need to style my long hair. I’ve never been able to get results I’ve been happy with at home with my other tools. I find the Airwrap easy to use, well worth the investment imo. The trick is to use smaller sections of hair.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thought it would be amazing, but my hair won’t hold a curl with such wide barrels. The kit didn’t even come with the 0.8” barrel I need for my hair type. The kit should include everything at this cost. I am waiting to get a .8” barrel which still is not in stock. Dyson should consider all hair types when selling such an expensive kit. I like it how smooths my hair, but I don’t love it like I should at this cost & may sell it if I can’t get the needed barrel.

Doesn’t hold style, no matter how much I try, even filling dyson tutorials step by step it just won’t hold any style for more than 10 mins…definitely not worth the price I regret getting it. You can see in the picture it didn’t hold curls at all after an hour and I spent about two hours on curling…

Overrated Overpriced

Very bulky and heavy despite what it appears. It is not powerful or effective and takes a long time to style the hair although my hair is not a lot. I have tried it with wet, dry and even damp hair and it doesnt work well on any. I would not recommend purchasing this item.
